If both parties are 25 years of age, only 1 person need apply. You will be asked to take an “oath” that the information given is accurate. They will require the following information on both parties:

Name, Address, Date of Birth and Social Security #

If either pary is divorced, you must present the Divorce Decree. You may use the marriage license 2 days after it is issued and is good for 6 months.

The Courthouse is open Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00pm
